There is a bug in the ubuntu-logo theme script which eats the Ctrl+C
message. Meaning, it was never shown correctly during on-boot fsck with
systemd-fckd.
And also it was copied across into all the derivatives of the plymouth
theme.

Keeping ubiquity task open; until after we respin, and test that this
issue is gone. It is cosmetic, and the only side effect that one does
not see the final message "please remove installation media and hit

Since kde-workspace was removed this package became uninstallable. It
depends on the now, non-existent plasma-scriptengine-python; or build-
depends on kdebase-workspace-dev.
Please remove it from xenial/release as these are not usable and not
installable.

How to reproduce this? and what do you mean by running a second time?
Cause, mutliarch file only kicks in when environmental variables are set
correctly pointing at cross-arch build/host combination and otherwise
does nothing and defaults to a normal native compilation.
