I set this to fix released, as I and Antonio couldn`t reproduce this bug

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed
in the latest development version of Ubuntu - the Hardy Heron.
This is a knwon problem, it could be solved by using the kicker-compiz
and kicker-taskbar-compi
For me this bug, doesn't exist further in Gutsy beta.
Anybody else, who is still affected by this?
