Bug appears only with kubuntu on gnome the problem appears if a KDE
programm is started i.e. (KRDC)
It looks like a misaligned monitor but the mouse doesn't have this
offset, so the "klicks" miss the target

I have the same problem but even a new generated user (avoiding damaged
files somewhere in the user subdirs) cannot start the akonadi database.
The creation obviously is successful.
I have also started the appamor in complain mode, allthough I didn't
knew what I was doing.
