quickaccess widget widget in panel does not respect panel icon size

Patched quickaccess.h and quickaccess.cpp according to trash widget
solution. Works for me, compiled successfully, quickaccess icons grow to
panel size now.

It's solved in KDE 4.5.1 for the menu and application launcher icons.
Solved for trash, showdesktop and showdashboard in trunk.
