This bug is the primary reason I continue to use knetworkmanager. The
inability to manually connect/reconnect to networks makes the plasma
widget essentially useless for anything but the simplest and most
reliable wireless scenarios.

Latest Dapper, amarok (arts engine) predictably dies after one or two
tracks (mp3) that played flawlessly on last month's Dapper. Amarok is
essentially unusable for me at this point.
Like Tigera, I find dangling kio_file processes.

apt-get install amarok amarok-arts amarok-engines amarok-xine
Against yesterday's Dapper repository, and still got a lockup.
I see that a bunch of KDE libraries have been updated in Dapper since
yesterday, so I'll
I should add that the lockups/crashes also happen using the amarok-arts
engine, for me.
