You're right. However, I installed Intrepid from the Alpha 4 Alternate
CD, and (strangely enough) in the default installation Kopete is
installed but libqca2-plugin-ossl is not.

Hi! qt-x11-free is just the name of the source package. The
corresponding binary package is libqt3-mt, which has to be installed
anyway, if you want to use Qt applications.

After reading the Debian bug report, I am also convinced that this is
indeed the same bug. So it would be great if Hardy could incorporate the
fix from Debian.
