I've just tried and it doesn't work.
It miss some newer versions of the following libs :
libgphoto2-2 (>= 2.4.3) (Jaunty version is 2.4.2)
libgphoto2-port0 (>= 2.4.3) (Jaunty version is 2.4.2)
libqt4-phonon (>= 4.5.1) (Not installed (not useful ?) in Jaunty)

Ok, I've found the solution (with some help ;) ).
Just change "ps x |grep -q '[f]irefox' && firefox -remote openURL(%s,
new-window) || firefox %s" by "ps x |grep -q '[f]irefox' && firefox -remote
'openURL(%s, new-window)' || firefox %s" (without the quote).
Changing "new-window" by "new-tab" is
