application under the menu:
Analyze -> Chrome Trace Format Viewer.
It requires the following library/package as a dependency for it work.

Here you go I made a wiki page, and I understand your worries about a
standard user finding this, we might have to talk to the documentation
team about this so they can include this in system adminstration guide,
I am pretty sure that a regular user might not even know about the wiki:
