Ive just installed Kubuntu 8.10 and I came here from: kde bugs and it happened
to me the same: I dragged a link to a linux blog to the desktop and I noticed
that dont appear in the folder "Desktop", why? It has to drag to the Deskto
Sorry I named the atthment of error I got when KDE loads thinkin in the

I hate to be a me too, but... me too, was there before Fiesty, now gone.
In my case Log put takes you to a log in screen, and from there you can
choose Options Shutdown, not my preffered method...
