seems to be fixed in 4.13.2-0ubuntu0.1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1 (you have to manually set the locale settings again after upgrading). this should *really* be backported! this bug should not have been shipped with regular packages in the first place. -- You received this bug notification because you are
