Well, now Dolphin and Konq use the same service menus. We can close this bug
now.
If you'd like to see new/replacement service menus, please file reports
separately for them. (There is already one for file extraction.)

Dolphin is meant to be a simpler application than Konqueror. I think
making them identical in this way defeats the purpose.
