I tried this without beryl and I have the same error. This is what I get when try to exec a command from "alt+f2" dialog:
kdesktop: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libkdeinit_kdesktop.so: undefined symbol: _ZN4KRun3runERK8KServiceRKN4KURL4ListEP7QWidgetRK8QCStringb And then, kdesktop dies.
