In Kubuntu Backports the source package oxygen -
4:5.3.2-0ubuntu3~ubuntu15.04~ppa1 builds:
plasma-theme-oxygen
kde-style-oxygen-qt5
Both packages try to install /usr/bin/oxygen-settings5
This leads to the following error (dutch):
