may be in order, not only in terms of different and maybe less specific
wording (look at your screenshot, Rik: it does not say "Install Kubuntu
18.04 alongside Ubuntu 17.04" even though all that information is there)
but also
I would guess that maybe since you do not have sufficient disk size on
your Virtualbox VM (you have only 10GB) to permit a successful side by
side installation, so ubiquity quite rightly does not offer that as an
installation option.
