Public bug reported: Immediately upon booting the Kubuntu Noble daily live environment I attempted to change my language to English (UK), and I was greeted with an error dialog about Kwin.
The dialog had a process of sending a bug report but it claimed that the "backtrace is not useful" and would not proceed. I saved it anyway and am attaching it.
