It appears to have been fixed as far as I can tell in Dapper.
kxsconfig runs as part of the kde screensaver config for some hacks -
for instance, preview the fibrelamp hack and choose 'setup' you will get
a setup window with a title of "fibrelamp - kxsconfig"

Also, how do you reproduce this? Ie, how do you start kxsconfig? All I seem
to get is this:
