Binary package hint: kpackage

Kubuntu 9.04 fully updated

Whar happend:
kpackage failed to install phoronix-test-suite_1.8.0_all.deb. 
GDebi did it well with all debendencies.

What should happen.
kpackage is set default for installing *.deb packages it should be able to do 
the job.

How to reproduce it.
Just try to install phoronix-test-suite_1.8.0_all.deb with Kpackage without all 
debendencies
