Amarok 1.4 does not exist in Ubuntu 6.06 LTS. The latest version in
Ubuntu 6.06 LTS is 1.3.9, can you reproduce this bug in this version,
too?

This is confirmed. The audio derive can not be initialised and the the
error only appears once after which the kde is reset will not appear
unitl another --purge remove and reinstall of the relavent packages.

I have the same probelm.
What is the problem anyways. Its not the notice that I get which is the ass but
the fact that I can't play any thing. because sound driver could not be
initialised.
