This is really strange because neither Konsole, Dolphin or System
Settings use the class which is modified by the DBusMenu patch. When you
upgraded the livecd to kdelibs 4.4.1 ubuntu3, did it bring other package
updates with it?

Well the ubuntu2-version is the guilty version. The libdbusmenu-changes
is generating the delay.

It is now seen another users installation other than mine. Also
upgrading a livecd's kdelibs to 4.4.1 ubuntu3 introduces the latency.
