As I understand transparency it should show what's right next under it,
but in this case it shows my desktop's background picture. Konqueror was
maximized and hidden by kicker. I think kicker was set on auto-hide.
Haven't checked if problem still excist in Hardy.

I don't quite understand what the problem is.
Is it that konqueror is maximized, but goes under kicker (the panel)?
Is kicker set to auto-hide?
Also, are you still having this problem in Hardy?
