last two years I've worked hard to keep Kubuntu thriving despite the
stepping back of our primary sponsor. We continue to have significant
technical and political challenges but I'm now more confident of our future

I'd like to nominate Myriam Schweingruber, she's well known around the
Kubuntu and KDE communities and stays on IRC as Mamarok. For many years
she has kept an eye on our kubuntu-users mailing list, answering queries
and keeping the discussion sane. She's been around Kubuntu for about as
long as

Arthur has been around Kubuntu for many years as well and helps to promote
it at fairs in Germany and is an active member of our most active loco
group, kubuntu-de.
