Summary: 64-bit windows no longer booting with -no-kvm

Initial Comment:
With kvm-56 it was possible to boot a Windows XP x64 guest both with and 
without the kvm module loaded. As of kvm-59, the boot process hangs (at 100% 
CPU) before the first graphics mode change (ie. it hangs in text mode) when the 
kvm module is not used or the -no-kvm switch is used. It boots fine with the 
module loaded though.

The host is the same in both cases: a Core 2 Duo running 64-bit slackware 11 
with kernel 2.6.21.1. I'm also using the same disk image.

qemu-system-x86_64 -hda wintest.img -smp 1 -localtime -net
nic,model=rtl8139 -net tap,ifname=tap0,script=no
