Initial Comment: I'm unsing Athlon 64 X2 4200+ with declared support of hardware virtualization. But I cant use KVM for this. My system shuts down with kernel panic, when i tried to insert module kvm-amd. But if kernel option maxcpus=1 passed, module may be insterted but it fails with kernel OOPS message, and system became unstable, module locks in memory and i can't unload it from memory, because reference count = 1. How can I solve this problem?
