I have a strange question, but, in my opinion, we have a very big trouble in
our Help.
All functions have semicolon (;) as the separator of arguments in the Help for
the USA locale . But If Options (Tools -> Options -> Language Setting ->
Locale setting) are set in English (USA),

This is my personal and rant opinion: I don't watch tutorials videos
because they are boring 99% of the time.
The only exception I know that stick me in a tutorial is to watch
wink[1] tutorials/sketches.
Wink takes timed frames of the screen/window in a tutorial sequence and
chain them into M

Sounds great Robert! I'm still trying to figure out how we can link in
the help files as I really do think that will be the most beneficial for
our user base. I'm going to reach out to a couple developers and so long
as we can find something that:
1) Doesn't impact local teams workflow;
2) Allows

I am quite happy to independently create tutorial videos for LibreOffice if
it turns out that this is the best route for the project as a whole. I was
originally going to do that, but decided it would be good to get
