[libreoffice-l10n] separator of arguments for functions in USA locale

Hi everyone, I have a strange question, but, in my opinion, we have a very big trouble in our Help. All functions have semicolon (;) as the separator of arguments in the Help for the USA locale . But If Options (Tools -> Options -> Language Setting -> Locale setting) are set in English (USA),
