[libreoffice-l10n] Weblate: File uploading failed

Hi, I just tried to upload translation file to libo_ui-master/cuimessages for traditional Chinese, zh_TW (zh_Hant), but failed. The file is the attachment. The process: 1. Download the original translation file 2. Work offline with Poedit 3. Upload the file with parameters below: File upload
