[libreoffice-l10n] Translatable strings?

Hi, While translating LibreOffice 4.2 UI for Assamese, I came across some strings like *Base: Query Design*, *Base: View Design*, *Base: Table Design*, *Base: Oracle Report Builder* etc in the file *officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice.po*. As these strings are related to database, are
