Christian will migrate the projects in Pootle to Weblate in the next weeks.
For offline translators, would that be a problem for you to have 6.3 on
Weblate and not more in Pootle?

I haven't had time yet to try Weblate.
Like others I would like to make sure it is possible to download and upload
files to enable offline translation. Can someone please summarise what is
possible on Weblate?
