I hope you weren't eating or drinking anything when you read the subject line, assuming you understand the implications of Indoctrination, and the target audience.
Instructors Indoctrinate, Educators teach. Instructors job is to get their target audience to repeat what they are told, discussion is frowned upon, one should simply refer to the next item/sound byte one uses, one we've heard a lot of in the last score of years is 'why do you hate America'. Indoctrination takes all questions and makes them fit the rote answers of the indoctrinated, as the Indoctrinated can't take in new data and figure things out, they must only repeat what they were told to repeat, they do not have data on hand to figure things out, they were never given it, for a reason, they are suppsoe to do as they are told, not make decisions. An Educator on the other hand is suppsoe to Teach the subject at hand, addressing the target audiences understanding so they can take that data and apply it to what ever situation they are in, instead of making a situation fit their instruction. Questions and extrapolation on the subject is encouraged. Of course, the Orwellian extremists want you to think well Indoctrinated people are the best educated around, anyone else is an enemy and must be destroyed at any cost as they threaten the indoctrinates mythical world.
