This one's urgent: The House Judiciary
Committee will vote on a Patriot Act extension tomorrow, Thursday, at
10AM eastern time.
We need to take action right away, and urge members to oppose the extension
-- and to also oppose amendments being offered by Congressman Jim
Sensenbrenner to extend the Patriot Act for even longer and make certain
provisions permanent.
Please reference the list below to look up
members of the Judiciary Committee from your state, and call them as
soon as you can. Here's a suggested script you can use, and please
leave a message if you're sent to voicemail:

live in _______ and am calling because after nearly ten years, it's
time to let the PATRIOT Act expire once and for all. I urge
Representative ________ to oppose its re-authorization, and to oppose
Congressman Sensenbrenner's amendments.
