Dear Devon, I have a question about David's work in Lace. What is the story behind the eagle pattern. Where did you get the pattern, or did you make it yourself? I know of a piece similar this (a border) and it is supposed to have historical US connections, but perhaps that story is untrue.

On Friday night I had had an invite to go to the private viewing of the Men Only exhibition at The Beetroot Tree (www.thebeetroottree.com) which is a gallery at Draycott, in Derbyshire (not far from Long Eaton, and Junction 25 of the M1, for those in the UK). One of the four artists is Urh Sobocan
