Thanks, Jean, for the instructions (for us Luddites). Agnes, the shawl is as
beautiful as everyone has been raving! You said you used lace weight yarn, but
what brand?

I was just able to get to webshots to see your shawl, Agnes. Beautiful! I
love the colors. And your work is wonderful. What a lucky daughter!
I too like peacocks and several months ago finished a knitted lace peacock

I had the same experience that Helen Bell did the first time I tried to look

Ok...Agnes, where do you find pillows large enough to do a piece so big? I
would love to try to convert a "yardage" pricking to a large version made
with lace weight wool...(or maybe #10 crochet thread?) I could think of a
number of patterns that would make gorgeous shawls LOL

Your shawl is beautiful. You chose really good colors for it, too. What I
love even more is the Bedfordshire corner that is just before it in your
album. That piece is marvelous.

Another tip - at the top of the Album page, under "my albums (80)"you

"owner selected". If you click on the down arrow, you can change the
order the individual albums appear in by selecting "newest first" -

Dear Janet,
Thank you very much for the very pretty lace in a ring. This is practical as
as pretty it can be used for ever more as a Christmas tree decoration. I will
treasure it.
Happy Christmas,
Joepie.

I am having a hard time finding the webshots album and I would really
like to see the shawl. I went to webshots but it looks like a site
for professional photographers. Help?
