I still haven't got into Smile. I'm not sure what will happen if I just log
into it. I don't want to upset what's on Webshots.
Couldn't see anything on the FAQs about folders and captions. Has anyone
questioned Smile about why the folders and captions are lost and
everything's jumbled -

Jean, you can get to Smile by going to Webshots and following their link. Once
there, you will need to log in using arachne2003 and honiton. Once there, look
on the left side on the page for four buttons' and click the one that says
me (or my stuff?). I don't think anything we do on Smile

I've read some of the forums and it seems that people are leaving in their
droves and no-one is answering the company's phones to sort out problems.

From what I have read I gather that Smile is to be a more private site that
is shared among friends as personal photos. A much smaller scale.
I think the real problem is that we don't lose any of the photos, so
everyone should retrieve their folders to their hard drive so when
