So sorry to hear of Lori's passing - she was one of the arachne folk who
'got me going' as it were.
I think there was a blue hardanger tablecloth on her site that I had
embroidered, if I remember rightly. she had put out a request for photos
of hardanger , and I had just finished it.

of lace making, much was learned from browsing Lori's web site. Through
the years, I frequently suggested that new lace makers visit her web site.
Lori made great contributions to the publicity, of lace making
I was sorry to hear of the passing of Lori , I quite often went to her web

I too felt great sadness on reading the news of the passing of Lori. We
exchanged many emails and pictures when she was setting up the virtual lace
bobbin museum on Lace Fairy.
It would be good to think the information is still there available for present
and future lace lovers - a lasting

2000, I had the opportunity of enjoying of her work on 'Lacefairy' a referring
