Thank you Beth! I will print out your instructions & save them with my
pricking. It looks like I got the first part correct (the half stitch corners)
but then used kiss stitch (ctctc) rather than a crossing (like a spider). Is
this diagrammed in the Bellon book Grund Variationen mit 25 Kloppe
making a little star - Sternchen or a spider or snowflakes you always need a
grid around them. It could be two pairs or as in the egg only one. Those could
be worked in half-, linen- or cloth stitch. Through this grid the pairs, two or
