So sorry I just about missed the Arachne lunch - but we had to go
shopping, and it was the one grumpy shuttle driver, who was on a "Work
to Rule" session, I think, and would not come to pick us up from the
store earlier than his 'set' time. Grrr!!

I colour my hair, well the hairdresser does, but I use the time that I am
sitting about to read books, check the next pattern I am -panning to do.
I use this time as planning/thinking time. I always take some lace
oriented thing with me. I have even been known to sit and tat!!!
Apologies to Anita for getting her last name wrong. I did know it was Hansen
but my fingers work quicker than my brain.
Regards hair, I am the one front left next to Jeri and the spider in the 2003
photo, with bright red hair. I let it grow out in 2008 to see what it looked
like, not enough

I thought posting the group photo on that page was the best place for it. I

surprised how easy it was to post photos as it is a long time since I had done
it before. I wonder how many are in the 2003 photo and in the 2011 photo. It
is always nice to put a face to a name.

I have uploaded a photo of the attendees at the Arachne lunch last Tuesday in
Bethesda. There were 32 present but I think someone's DH got in the photo at
the top. I can't remember all the names but Jean Leader is on the first row at
left, Anita Harris is front right and I am next to Anita.
What a wonderful photograph!! I still wish I'd been able to attend
this year, particularly since it was practically in my back yard.
Maybe the next one.
