My bulletin arrived yesterday to my great surprise because mine was about a month late along with those of other people in New Jersey last time. Since then, your hard-working editor Debra Jenny has had a heart-to-heart talk with representatives at every level of the post office from the big guys in Washington to the man who sorts the mail in your local post office. Three cheers for Debra Jenny! It seems to have worked, in my case, at least. Devon PS Incidentally, the background lace on the cover represents a lengthy session my husband and I had of "fun with scanning". The image is hugely magnified. The 8 1/2" x 11" image is only about 2"x 3" in real life. Having a scanner is almost as good as having a microscope.
