Can I just say a more general thank you to all you lovely gentle spiders for
your good wishes and sympathies after my recent fall.
I answered the international knitting day email, partly because of my new
found interest in knitting, maybe kindled by some of your recent chats about
some of the glorious pieces many of you create, and because of that phrase
toes-up socks which I had never seen before. A couple of you sent me links
to various sites for the books and patterns which I have enjoyed looking at
and I must say I loved the socks with the variety of different colour toes
(like fingers on gloves).
Anyway thank you all and now I need to get back into lace mode and not take
up anymore space on here.
