Dear Lace Demonstrators, For added security: Recommend you pin the cloth to your pillow around the outside edge. Something like pearl-headed corsage pins pushed all the way in (if possible), angled horizontally, will work and not be as tempting as some of the very decorative separator pins. Recommend, also, that you demonstrate in pairs (2 people) if at all possible.
