I have had my bobbin for some years. It is a painted bobbin for the Millennium year. On the bobbin is a painted dove who has in her beak a string of flags from all over the globe. Does anyone know who painted this bobbin. There is no artist mark. I bought this bobbin from the painter years ago but I do not remember the name. I thought someone would know.
