Jeri, Clare is a member of the current Executive Committee of The Lace Guild. She is also a member of Arachne in her personal capacity - so her return address will be a personal one (I don't think I have ever seen a committee member of any of the organisations join Arachne in an official capacity

Hi Viv, I did my first piece of Honiton lace a year ago on a flat square pillow, then graduated to a SMP Honiton before I obtained a straw one. Having a curved pillow definately makes making the lace easier - as does a small pillow that you can lean over to get a good view of, tie off threads etc
