In my webshot album you find a new picture with the title Harlekin 06.
These Half-Collar, you must imagin the upper part lays in the middle of
my neck and comes over the shoulder to the right front side and end
about my waist. I started it some years ago in a class making a "free"
piece of lace to wear or to hang on a wall. When I was back at home I
didn't like the red and green and the way we did it very free, so it
was very difficult to make it proberly. And when I remarked that I lost
the green wooden pearls and couldn't buy them any more I stopped the
work. After a while a cut the styropor pillow in a sort of frame. Let
the piece together with the bobbins and declare it as a wand hanger.
The last weeks I got a fever to through away lot of things, end ufos
and so on. So I decide to through away this piece too, but suddenly I
thaught oh, it's perhaps not as bad. Ok the day before yesterday I
started again and today I finished it. Here it is.
I used several more or less thin threads, linnen, wool, synthetic and
some other things you will see.
