I had always thought I'd make one for my kids when they were little - but Christmas caught up with me, and as things got more and more commercial, I ended up down-playing it, so that they weren't too disappointed if we hadn't bought the whole toy store for them <vbg> I would like to make one in lace - that is a different little lacey thing to hang on the ring for each day..
