Holly cow! The book must come with its own cistern of high-octane,
refined gasoline :) I got my own copy for GBP 10 in '98 (off the Lace
Guild's stand, at that summertime Fair near Rugby; can't remember who
ran the Fair at the time - Springetts, maybe?). It was in a totally
pristine condition, too, for all it was supposed to have been used...
