The latest set of patterns (set 21) from the Retournac lace museum arrived
through my letterbox today and they are beautiful!

(If you haven't already discovered the museum website, the pattern set can be
seen at
http://www.ville-retournac.fr/musee/anglais/fiche_produit.php?id_produit=48 )

The circular piece with the "flower" of leaf tallies in the centre has me
itching to wind up my bobbins and get started. Alas, common sense tells me I
first need to finish off the torchon handkerchief edging that's been on my
pillow for nearly two years, otherwise neither piece will ever get anywhere
near being completed.

All that and the lovely Galician patterns Antje posted about, all on the same
day. It feels like birthday and Christmas all come at once!

So many lace patterns, so little time...

Beth

In a worryingly cold Cheshire, NW England - the thermometer is dropping
towards zero and my bay trees haven't been wrapped up for the winter yet!
