Has anyone heard of Shantung Lace? If so, what can you tell me about it? My sister-in-law purchased an old wedding dress from the 1930s & the owner told her it is decorated with Shantung Lace. The lace does not look handmade to me. It has what appears to be a net (honeycomb?) ground & then "
