I've been fooling around with the National Rail website
http://ojp.nationalrail.co.uk/ and as other people have posted, you can
do it by train, but on a Sat. it involves 6 changes of train, leaving
Wymondham at 11:52a.m. and arriving at Honiton at 19:15. Then I looked
at going via London

I would suggest getting a coach from Norwich Bus Station {City
Centre} And going to London {about two hours} Then getting a coach or train
from London to Honiton.
I suggest contacting Pat Perryman in Honiton.
