a few miles north of Fringford.
Flora Timms, later Thompson, was born in Juniper Hill (Lark Rise) went to
school in Cotisford (Fordlow) and moved on to Fringford (Candleford Green).
Fringford looks to be about 12 miles

family came from Candleford (which is actually Fringford).
That isn't quite right. Fringford was Candleford Green and, if I recall
correctly Candleford was a mix of Banbury, Brackley and Buckingha

from a local historian.
From there I knew about Queenie the Lacemaker
My daughter rushed downstairs to tell me about the lacemaking.
I was watching Heartbeat.
