That was an interesting message about the Barman lace machines.
Some years ago the Victorian Branch of the Oz., Lace Guild took a group of us
to a "Lace Manufacturey". We were the first ever group to be shown through the
factory, so they did not know quite how to deal with us!! It was SO
interest
Pat Earnshaw's book Lace Machines and Machine Laces ISBN 0 7134 4684 6 is a
good source for information on many lacemaking machines.

Regarding lace machines. I have put a couple of photos on my website blog

sections. The edging is hand-made, the rest machine.made. I think the thread
