I would like to ask how any of you get rid of threads at the end
of a piece of lace.
At present I am making squares in DMC 80. I have tried plaiting and darning.
The first left a thick line and the darning just does not look neat.

I would urge caution with Fray Check. In the past on
this list, people have reported that Fray Check spots
change color after several years. This spoiled the
look of the lace. Explore the other options that do
not include putting a chemical on your lace.
