Finally  it came down to not using the head of the bobbins, instead I used the 
thread  on the bobbin to hold the hitch I only had  a few that worked at 
losing the hitch, and the rest worked just fine.
I did get it past that point with practice and the hitches stopped coming 
undone except when I   didn't wrap them the, for me,proper way  to put them 
onto the bobbin.
Maybe it's  just a thought, but it might help since I did it on my own  and I 
didn't have a  teacher.
